WELL AP
The WELL Building Standard is a science-based certification scheme that evaluates the impact of buildings' design, construction and operations on the health and well-being of occupants.
As a licensed WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP), we are able to:
Support the design team to develop targets and strategies in line with the health and well-being aspirations of the project.
Perform the WELL assessor responsibilities of the project, including documentation review, performance verification and final report submission for certification.
BREEAM Advisory Professional
Focus ED is recognised as a BREEAM Advisory Professional (AP) by BRE Global. As a registered BREEAM AP, we have the relevant experience to guide the clients, design and construction teams across all BREEAM schemes as a sustainability advisor.
We facilitate project teams in scheduling activities, setting priorities, and negotiating the trade-offs required to achieve BREEAM targets and sustainability goals.
Including a registered BREEAM AP in the project will help award up to six BREEAM credits (dependent on the project scheme).
