We provide dedicated on-site sustainability support, acting as your Sustainability Champion (BREEAM AP, LEED and WELL support) throughout the construction phase. We help main contractors and clients plan, coordinate, and evidence all sustainability requirements, ensuring that project targets (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, and broader ESG goals) are achieved efficiently and with minimal disruption to site operations.

Working closely with the project team, we:

• Translate BREEAM, LEED, WELL and client sustainability requirements into clear, practical site actions.

• Review design and construction information to identify risks and opportunities for credits across all schemes.

• Lead sustainability workshops, inductions and toolbox talks for site teams and subcontractors.

• Monitor on-site performance (waste, energy, water, indoor environmental quality, responsible sourcing, biodiversity, health & wellbeing, social value, etc.).

• Coordinate evidence collection and documentation required for BREEAM, LEED and WELL assessments.

• Support compliance with environmental legislation, rating system criteria, best-practice standards and client policies.

The result is a construction site where sustainability, health and wellbeing are embedded in day-to-day decision-making, risks are reduced, evidence is robust, and targeted BREEAM, LEED and WELL ratings and sustainability objectives are realistically achievable.
